Children's Law Center honors Espel
The Children’s Law Center of Minnesota honored Larry Espel as its Volunteer of the Month for July 2010. The CLC recognized Larry’s “extraordinary commitment” to representing foster children throughout Minnesota. Larry has served as a volunteer attorney for CLC since 2000.
