Greene Espel Attorneys Participate in Minnesota CLE Webcast

Greene Espel attorneys Aaron Knoll, Anna Tobin, and Faris Rashid participated in a webcast for Minnesota CLE titled “It Just Got Personal: Recent Developments in Personal Jurisdiction.” The discussion was designed to provide audiences with an engaging, practical, and in-depth update on navigating personal jurisdiction law for clients.

Aaron represents national and international businesses in a wide range of commercial, consumer, and class-action disputes. He also advocates for renewable-energy developers and conducts internal and agency investigations.

Anna has extensive knowledge of the federal court system in Minnesota and uses her clerkship experience at both the magistrate and district court levels to assist clients in all stages of litigation.

Faris represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including matters involving trade secrets, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, technology and software-related disputes, and product liability claims.
