Greene Espel PLLP congratulates Kevin Zhao on his appointment to the Merit Selection Panel to advise the U.S. District Court of the District of Minnesota on the selection of a new U.S. Magistrate Judge. The panel will evaluate and recommend the best-qualified candidates to the District Judges for consideration.

Before joining the firm, Kevin clerked for The Honorable James B. Loken of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and The Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. In his practice, Kevin represents clients in complex litigation, including multidistrict class actions, cross-border disputes, business arbitrations, and product-liability litigation. His practice also includes advising clients on compliance matters and internal investigations.
