Baker discusses Reed v. Gilbert for APA's 2015 Planning Law Review

John Baker was a featured panelist for the American Planning Association’s 2015 Planning Law Review webinar on July 1, 2015. The panel discussion recapped major legal decisions in 2015 that impacted planning, as well as reviewed legislative initiatives and the APA’s amicus filings. John is a popular APA presenter, recently teaching two sessions at the 2015 American Planning Association Conference on Street Graphics and the Law and Content-Neutral Sign Regulation After Reed v. Gilbert. He is a member of APA’s Amicus Committee.
