Davida Williams to Present on Developments in Class Certification in Antitrust Litigation for MSBA

Greene Espel attorney Davida Williams will serve as a panelist for a webinar titled "Recent Developments in Class Certification," for the Antitrust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). Four practitioners representing both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust litigation will discuss recent court decisions under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, with a focus on class certification decisions in antitrust cases, including the relevant facts and legal analysis in those decisions. Panelists will also discuss the effect non-antitrust class certification decisions may have on antitrust litigation in the future.
