Greene Espel attorney Kevin Zhao will join in-house lawyers from Cargill, General Mills, and Target for a panel discussion on corporate law department initiatives to attract and train diverse counsel. The discussion will include examples of how companies are tackling cultural change and opportunities and barriers to recruiting and retaining diverse talent. Panelists will also share how outside law firms are addressing increasing demands from corporations to bolster their diversity commitment.
As the chair of Greene Espel’s diversity and recruitment committee, Kevin routinely participates in initiatives aimed at strengthening Greene Espel’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. In his practice, Kevin represents clients in complex litigation, including multidistrict class actions, cross-border disputes, business arbitrations, and product-liability litigation. His practice also includes advising clients on compliance matters and internal investigations.
