Cliff Greene and Aaron Knoll presented on “Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd: Privilege and Confidentiality Issues” at the MN CLE Conference Center seminar on Attorneys Representing Multiple Parties. Cliff and Aaron offered practical advice on issues that arise when representing more than one client to a transaction or in litigation. They focused on informing clients about the implications of joint representation, joint defense agreements, and information obtained from multiple clients.

Cliff is a founding member of the firm and one of Minnesota’s most respected trial attorneys, regularly defending clients in high-profile claims. Aaron is the newest member to the firm bringing his diverse background in business disputes, class actions, and internal investigations to Greene Espel.
