Kubicz Hall speaks about cross-border document transfers to leading professional association
Peggy Kubicz Hall recently presented on the topic of Navigating Cross Border Document Transfers in Investigations: Privacy Considerations and Practical Tips to records management professionals at the 2015 Spring Conference of the Twin Cities chapter of ARMA International--the “authority on governing information as a strategic asset.” Peggy is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure which develops best practices for cross border document transfers in the context of litigation and investigations.
