Mark Johnson co-authors article on Judge Diana Murphy
Mark Johnson clerked for Eighth Circuit Judge Diana E. Murphy in 2003 and 2004. Mark and his wife (also a former clerk for Judge Murphy) recently co-authored a tongue-in-cheek review of Judge Murphy's time as a trial judge in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The article appeared in "Bar Talk," the newsletter of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
