Amran Farah appointed to the Federal Law Enforcement Selection Committee by U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith

Greene Espel PLLP congratulates Amran Farah on her appointment to the Federal Law Enforcement Selection Committee. This committee will assist U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith on making recommendations to President Biden for candidates to serve as U.S. Attorney and U.S. Marshal for Minnesota. Amran joins a distinguished group of Minnesota leaders on this selection committee.

Senator Klobuchar stated, “I am confident that this committee will find candidates who are committed to the promise of equal justice under law for all.” Senator Tina Smith added, “These Minnesota community leaders will help run an inclusive and fair selection process to name top federal law enforcement candidates in Minnesota.” Amran’s colleagues are very proud of the work that she is doing, and the entire firm thanks Amran for her service on this important committee.

Amran Farah represents and advises clients in an array of areas, including complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law, and internal investigations. She also co-founded Greene Espel’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice, which provides consulting and training services to help clients create and sustain diverse and inclusive workplaces. She is the immediate past president of the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers.
