The event, sponsored by the American Constitution Society and the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section will “address horizontal and vertical restraints under Section 1 of the Sherman Act and the requirement of concerted action; per se and rule of reason treatment of those restraints with a discussion of relevant markets and market power; monopolization and attempts to monopolize under Section 2 of the Sherman Act; high-level merger analysis; state and international antitrust issues; and both civil and criminal enforcement and civil liability for antitrust violations under the Clayton Act.”
Beth Krueger represents clients in complex business litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property and contractual disputes. She is a former Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and regularly teaches in these areas. Beth has earned repeated recognition from Chambers USA—a national leading legal publication—for her antitrust work.
