Greene Espel attorney Faris Rashid will present during a half-day seminar on “Data Topics for the Civil Litigator.”
Faris will share his insights on the implications of the EU General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) on U.S. Litigation. The session will cover challenges presented by the GDPR and how litigators can effectively address these challenges.
Faris represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including matters involving trade secrets, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, technology and software-related disputes, and product liability claims.
