Before joining Greene Espel, Kshithij clerked for the Honorable Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. This experience provides him with unique insights into judicial decision-making, which he leverages to craft compelling arguments and effective strategies for his clients. As a Liman Fellow at The Bronx Defenders' Impact Litigation Practice, Kshithij developed innovative legal approaches to advance client interests and strategic goals, while also demonstrating his commitment to justice.

Kshithij graduated from Yale Law School, where he was a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, Features & Book Reviews Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and co-chair of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
