After four decades as an attorney, Larry Shapiro has decided to retire from the practice of law.

During his exceptional career, Larry earned a reputation as one of Minnesota’s preeminent business litigators, and served as lead litigation counsel in Minnesota and throughout the United States for national corporations, accounting firms, banks, reinsurers, real estate developers, closely-held businesses, and individuals. Larry has earned numerous courtroom victories and professional honors, but his greatest reward was serving as a valued confidant to the inner management circle for many clients.

Larry’s distinguished skill in the courtroom and his remarkable ability to serve clients will be missed. We thank Larry for his many years of service and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
