Overview
Kelly is a litigation specialist with more than 20 years of experience in complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense and internal investigations, including FCPA, other compliance-related and fraud investigations.
Kelly joined Greene Espel in 1996, and has extensive civil and criminal trial experience. She is responsible for all phases of litigation support including factual investigation, document collection, review and analysis, witness interviews, preparation for depositions, written discovery, and analysis of damages claims. She is also adept at reviewing and analyzing medical and financial records and working with medical experts.
At trial, Kelly helps ensure that key documents are introduced as evidence, develops demonstrative exhibits, assists with preparation of witnesses, and helps attorneys conduct damaging cross examinations of opposing witnesses. She also works closely with litigation support and technology professionals to ensure that courtroom technology functions smoothly.
Kelly is known for her analytical skills, diligence, efficiency, and ability to think strategically.
