In a unanimous decision, the Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of a panel of administrative-law judges holding that the Anoka-Hennepin School District did not violate campaign finance reporting requirements by placing three levy questions on the ballot or by sending an informational brochure to voters. Jeanette Bazis and Kate Swenson represented Anoka-Hennepin before the administrative law judge panel and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
