Kubicz Hall speaks at #GlobalDataPrivacy – The 38th International Business Law Institute
Peggy Kubicz Hall co-led a workshop on “International E-Discovery, Litigation, and Internal Investigations – More Acquisition, Less Discovery” at #GlobalDataPrivacy – The 38th International Business Law Institute. The workshop was presented by the Minnesota State Bar Association’s International Business Law Section and Computer and Technology Law Section. Peggy discussed privacy considerations in cross-border data transfers in internal investigations. Karl Procaccini served as a member of the Institute’s planning committee and helped organize the Institute.
