Chad Blumenfield to Present on Taking FCA Cases to Trial for the FBA Qui Tam Conference

Greene Espel attorney Chad Blumenfield will serve as a panelist for a presentation titled “Taking FCA Cases to Trial – With and Without the Government,” for the Federal Bar Association 2024 Qui Tam Conference. The conference will take place in Washington D.C. (with a virtual feed) on February 23. The panel will focus on taking False Claims Act cases to trial in both intervened and declined matters as well as the ways in which the government’s presence impacts trial strategy. Panelists will discuss cases they tried and the critical decision points before and during trial.
