Greene Espel’s co-founder Cliff Greene will speak at the inaugural 2019-2020 Traditions of Excellence series at Mitchell Hamline. Cliff’s speech will include the original motivations and aspirations for founding a “deliberately different kind of law firm” 26 years ago and how the firm and its values and collaborative culture have survived and continues to be lauded by clients and industry-insiders.
Mitchell Hamline’s Traditions of Excellence program explores the ingredients for success in a range of careers and professions to identify universal principles for everyone who seeks to improve personally and professionally.
Cliff is one of Minnesota’s most respected trial attorneys, regularly defending clients in high-profile claims, including employment actions. Cliff has also taught federal jurisdiction to law students as Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He also served as a Board Member for William Mitchell College of Law and again during the successful combination of William Mitchell and Hamline University School of Law to form Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
