Join Greene Espel attorneys Sybil Dunlop, Jenny Gassman-Pines, Aaron Knoll, Faris Rashid, and Anna Tobin for a Minnesota CLE webcast on “Ethics in the Time of COVID-19.”

The presentation will cover legal ethics considerations surrounding five COVID/COVID-related topics:

  1. Employee texting/slack/IMs while working from home
  2. Ethical issues in video depositions, mediations, oral arguments
  3. Custom fee arrangements
  4. Security and privacy
  5. An update regarding court approaches to COVID-19

The course instructors are thought leaders on these issues.

Sybil teaches deposition skills, legal ethics, and legal writing to national audiences. Jenny provides in-house trainings to Fortune 100 companies and public-sector clients on topics including privileged communications. Aaron teaches courses at the law-school level on legal writing and has been helping energy clients navigate supply chain issues relating to COVID. Faris’ practice (and teaching) focuses on technology issues, including ephemeral data like instant messages. And Anna assists clients in investigating business practices and workplace misconduct, as well as responding to government investigations at the state and federal level.

This team is honored to bring their diverse skill set to bear on the interesting legal issues facing us during this global pandemic.
