Greene Espel attorneys Faris Rashid and X. Kevin Zhao will present the opening plenary session at Minnesota CLE’s 2023 Business Law Institute, taking place Monday, May 1, and Tuesday, May 2. Faris and Kevin will co-present the “Business Law Case Update,” a lightning round review of 12 recent cases and legal developments in Minnesota law that business attorneys should know about. Minnesota CLE has invited Faris and Kevin to present this session for several years running.
