Faris Rashid Appointed to the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel
Greene Espel is pleased to announce that Chief Judge Patrick J. Schiltz recently appointed Faris Rashid to serve on the Merit Selection Panel to advise the U.S. District Court of the District of Minnesota on the selection of a new U.S. Magistrate Judge. The panel will evaluate and recommend the best-qualified candidates to the District Judges for consideration.
Faris represents clients in technology, intellectual-property, and trade-secret disputes. Before joining the Greene Espel, Faris clerked for The Honorable Ann D. Montgomery of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
