Overview
Gretchen Luessenheide is Greene Espel’s Executive Director. In her role, Gretchen works collaboratively with attorneys to oversee all aspects of the firm's strategic and operational functions, including human resources, finance, technology, facilities, professional development, marketing, and business development.
Gretchen has over 25 years of law firm experience, including more than 10 years leading firm administration. Gretchen has a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Legal Administration from the Minnesota School of Business, and she’s an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
