Greene Espel attorneys Jenny Gassman-Pines and Davida Williams will present at Minnesota CLE’s 2023 Employment Law Institute, taking place Thursday, May 18, and Friday, May 19. Davida will present the opening plenary session “U.S. Supreme Court Case Update,” an indispensable review of the U.S. Supreme Court cases since May 2022 that every employment practitioner needs to know. Jenny will co-present “Dealing with Bad Behavior in Depositions – Opposing Counsel’s, the Other Party’s, or Your Client’s.”
