Greene Espel attorney Kate Swenson will present on “Social Media - Free Speech Challenges to Government Regulation and Government Use of Social Media Platforms” for Minnesota CLE’s 2024 U.S. Supreme Court Update on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Kate will discuss U.S. Supreme Court decisions this term on public officials blocking critics on social media, state laws placing content-moderation restrictions on social-media platforms, and federal government requests that social-media platforms work to prevent dissemination of alleged misinformation.
