Lynette Simser is a Paralegal at Greene Espel. She supports clients and attorneys across a broad range of complex litigation matters and investigations.
With 25 years of experience as a paralegal, Lynette provides exceptional support in legal and factual research and analysis; document review, collection, and evaluation; witness interview preparation; and drafting trial documents such as witness and exhibit lists, subpoenas, and other memoranda. Her highly collaborative style, extensive trial experience, and technical competency ensures extraordinary work product and excellent client service.
Lynette previously worked as a paralegal in the United States Attorney’s Office and has particular experience providing litigation support in complex litigation and white-collar criminal matters.
