Greene Espel attorneys Sybil Dunlop and Amran Farah will present “Beyond Words: Overcoming Bias in Legal Writing” on Thursday, May 11 for Twin Cities Diversity in Practice.  Sybil and Amran will begin the program by offering a primer on the basic fundamentals of bias and how it presents itself in the legal workplace. Applying this foundation, the program will address ways to interrupt biases—both within ourselves and our institutions. Participants will leave the program with the tools and best practices to overcome bias and return to their offices as change agents and leaders in interrupting bias.
