Greene Espel PLLP Attorneys Faris Rashid and X. Kevin Zhao will speak at the 2017 Business Law Institute in a session titled “Minnesota Business Law: Cases You Need to Know About.” Their presentation will address recent Minnesota business decisions and practical implications for lawyers and their clients.

Faris represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including matters involving trade secrets, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, technology and software-related disputes, and product liability claims. Kevin represents clients in complex litigation, intellectual property disputes, and insurance arbitrations, and counsels clients on compliance matters and internal investigations. They are members of the firm’s business litigation and international practices.
