John Baker, Chad Blumenfield, and Amran Farah to Present at the FBA 48th Annual Federal Practice Seminar

Greene Espel attorneys John Baker, Chad Blumenfield, and Amran Farah will present at the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s Federal Practice Seminar, taking place Tuesday, June 11.

John will serve on a panel, titled “Is There a Future for Administrative Law?” which will discuss the implications of three cases heard this term by the U.S. Supreme Court, and their potential impact on the reliability and predictability of precedents upholding federal agency interpretations and regulations. Chad will serve on a panel, titled “False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute: Constitutionality, Causation, and Current Trends,” where panelists will discuss key recent developments in False Claims Act jurisprudence and what the coming year might bring. Amran will serve on a panel, titled “Fairness and Equity: Considerations for Inclusiveness in the Legal Profession Post SFFA v. Harvard,” where panelists will provide considerations for practitioners with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession given the new questions for employers raised by the SFFA decision.
