Overview
Alison represents businesses and organizations across a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. Alison draws from her exceptional experience in private practice and in the judiciary to defend clients with precision and tenacity.
Before joining Greene Espel, Alison worked for several years as an associate at one of the leading litigation boutiques in Washington D.C., where she served clients in high-stakes antitrust, class action, and IP-related disputes. Prior to this, Alison clerked both for Judge Debra Ann Livingston at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Alison graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Notes Editor for the Columbia Law Review and served as a teaching assistant and legal research assistant. Alison received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize, which is awarded to students who achieve Jame Kent high honors all three years of law school.

Alison's Community Involvement
Alison has a robust pro bono practice, providing legal services to those who otherwise couldn't afford them. Alison is particularly proud to have represented a Cameroonian man in his successful petition for asylum and his subsequent application to bring his family to the United States, as well as a woman seeking an order for protection against her physically abusive soon-to-be-ex-husband.
